Miami Motel Stories

Description:

Premiered in Miami Florida, November 2017

“Miami Motel Stories: Little Havana doesn’t ask us to suspend disbelief; it begs us to believe in our humanity” - Miami Herald

Miami Motel Stories is a real-time immersive theatre experience that takes place inside one of Little Havana's most beautiful and iconic buildings – the Tower Hotel. Built in 1920, this historic landmark has deep-rooted history in the neighborhood. From “respectable” housing for prospecting single men settling Miami, a temporary WW2 Veterans Clinic, A first landing for recent immigrant settlement to a flop house of the 90’s, we tell the stories of 100 years of occupants… one room at a time.
